SURYA MUDRA

DESCRIPTION

At Kundalini Yoga we use mudras passively unless otherwise stated. To passively perform a mudra we touch the yolk of the demos without touching the nail. To actively make a mudra we place the pad of the thumb on the nail of each finger.
