Shipping policies
How much is the shipping?
Our base of operations is in Mexico. From there the shipments are made according to the following table:
- Mexico: MXN $150 (whole country)
- United States: MXN $650
- Latin America: MXN $800
- Europe: MXN $800
- Asia: MXN $1,300
Shipments are made thru DHL.
If you pay with foreign currency, the current exchange rate will be applied.
There are no national or international exchanges or returns.
Which countries do we ship to?
Currently, Joya de Arte sells to the following areas (in alphabetical order): Asia, United States, Europe, Latin America and Mexico.
New countries may be added in the future, so shop around soon.
If my country is not on the list, can I buy?
As long as the shipment is to any of the countries on the list, you can. If what you require is that the piece is sent to your country and is not on the list, contact us and we will see how to get the piece to you. contact us and we see how to send your piece.
Duties & Taxes
We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below:
Asia, United States, Europe, Latin America and Mexico.
If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or country, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For the UK and the USA, these are included at the final stage of checkout.
If a DAP (Delivery At Place) destination is selected (i.e. customers outside of the countries listed above), the price you pay to Farfetch will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.
SHIPPING TO USA
For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the Farfetch partner for a refund.

Our company is based in Mexico, so we make Digital Tax Proof over the Internet (CFDI) to whoever requests it. If you require a CFDI, contact us, and send us your tax details. contact us, and send us your tax information.
